Existing customer does not mean automatically eligible
A reload can be limited to selected accounts, a day of the week, particular payment methods or a campaign window. A previous successful welcome claim does not establish current eligibility. Read whether the offer requires opt-in, a code or a manual request before the deposit.
Suppose a fictional reload matches 50% up to ₹1,000. A qualifying ₹600 deposit produces ₹300 bonus; a ₹3,000 deposit still produces at most ₹1,000. The match is calculated from the eligible deposit before applying the cap. The headline maximum is not the reward on every deposit.
New obligations can differ
The reload may use another wagering base, game contribution, expiry or maximum stake. A rule remembered from the welcome offer should not be reused automatically. If a ₹300 bonus has 20-times bonus-only wagering, the stated turnover is ₹6,000. A deposit-plus-bonus base produces a different amount.
Overlapping promotions
Some services allow only one active promotion or specify how a new credit interacts with an existing balance. A later deposit can affect wallet allocation or deadlines under those rules. Check whether accepting the reload cancels, replaces or coexists with an earlier offer.
Comparing practical value
Record the credited amount, conditions and final conversion rule rather than simply comparing percentages. Extra turnover can expose existing funds to further outcomes, and restricted credit is not immediately withdrawable cash. A reload is a contractual promotional benefit, not a guarantee of profit or a reason that a customer needs to make another deposit.
Can the qualifying deposit be larger than the matched amount?
Yes. A 50% reload capped at ₹1,000 reaches its full match at a ₹2,000 qualifying deposit under that simple formula. Depositing ₹3,000 would still produce ₹1,000 credit, leaving the extra ₹1,000 unmatched. Other eligibility conditions still apply. The cap helps explain the reward calculation but is not a recommendation to deposit any amount. Compare the actual credit and obligations for the intended transaction rather than assuming a larger payment always increases the promotional benefit proportionally.
