Cashier acceptance does not establish promotion eligibility
A payment system can accept ₹200 while a fictional offer requires ₹500. That transfer can be a valid deposit without triggering the reward. Conversely, depositing above the threshold is not sufficient if the payment route, account or activation sequence is excluded.
If ₹500 is sent and a stated ₹20 fee is deducted before credit, the credited amount is ₹480. Whether that qualifies depends on the promotion's base: amount paid, gross deposit or actual credited amount. Do not silently choose the more favourable interpretation when the terms use a defined calculation.
One deposit or cumulative deposits?
An offer can require one transaction above a threshold or permit several deposits to count together. Two ₹250 transfers do not automatically satisfy a ₹500 single-deposit condition. A deposit number, campaign window or manual claim can also matter.
Currency and conversion
A threshold stated in one currency may be applied using a specified conversion or an account-currency equivalent. The final credit and timestamp can differ from an earlier quote. Save the promotion's stated currency and the payment's actual credit record to explain any mismatch.
Reading the condition before payment
Identify the minimum, maximum matched amount, eligible method, activation action and credit deadline. A qualifying deposit is not proof that wagering has been completed or that the bonus is withdrawable. If no reward arrives, check the deposit status and offer history before repeating payment. Another transfer can create a second cost without correcting an unmet activation rule.
Does a refunded payment still qualify?
The promotion can require a completed, unreversed eligible deposit. A payment instruction later returned or refunded may no longer satisfy that condition, even if the account briefly displayed it. Another offer can define its treatment differently. Keep the original credit and any reversal in the chronology. Do not count a failed payment or bank debit without account credit as qualifying solely because its amount exceeded the threshold. Eligibility depends on the transaction state and the offer's stated base.
