Our writing and checking workflow
- Define intent. State the primary question and why a reader needs the answer.
- Record the observation. Identify the confusing claim, incomplete field or practical obstacle.
- Frame the problem. Separate legal, technical, mathematical and account questions.
- Choose a check. Form a limited hypothesis and define a source check, calculation or documented usability observation.
- Record the result. Mark what passed, failed or remains unresolved, including the date and scope.
- Explain the outcome. Answer the opening question without extending the result beyond its evidence.
- Publish the limits. Link sources and related explanations, disclose commercial context and provide a correction route.
The opening paragraph gives the direct answer and a brief map of the page. Research notes support the article; readers should not have to navigate an internal checklist to find the answer.
Identity and licensing
Connect brand, exact domain, operating entity and claimed jurisdiction. Use the relevant regulator's record where available. A foreign licence does not establish local eligibility everywhere. The scope of the authorisation matters as much as its presence.
Payments and withdrawals
Record method, currency, direction, limits and time endpoints. Distinguish an advertised window from an observed transfer. Firsthand transaction claims require an actual completed test with supporting records; this content update did not perform operator transactions.
Bonus conditions
Identify the qualifying action, credit, wagering base, exclusions and deadline. We can test arithmetic using labelled hypothetical inputs without claiming that a real offer exists. An expired or undocumented code cannot be presented as verified.
Games and providers
Record provider, title, version and rules. A game supplier, account operator and licence issuer are different entities. Statistical explanations must not become promises about the next round or a personal session.
Support and accessibility
Separate published contact routes from observed support responses. Describe the device, task and result for a usability check. In our own site audit, we identified short explanations and repeated FAQ material, then rewrote the non-platform pages around specific questions. That is a documented content observation, not a casino service test.
Player controls
Explain what each control restricts, when it starts and where it applies. Do not equate a saved preference with an active exclusion or suggest that controls eliminate harm. Support resources remain available independently of any review.
Attribution, AI and corrections
This edition was drafted with AI assistance and checked for content structure, internal links and worked-example arithmetic. It is not described as a completed specialist human review. Named authors and reviewers require real attribution; sample contributor profiles are not evidence of expertise. AI summaries describe page content and are not independent verification.
Use editorial contact for a correction, the team page for responsibilities and the funding policy for commercial relationships. A modification date records an edit; a factual review date requires a corresponding review record.
