Eligibility and contribution are separate
A promotion can permit a title but count its stakes at a reduced contribution rate. Another can exclude it entirely. A game with 20% contribution advances a ₹100 stake by ₹20; a zero-contribution game does not advance the tracker. Neither percentage describes the game's RTP.
Suppose a fictional promotion lists slots as a category but excludes three named titles. One excluded title remains available in the lobby. Its technical availability does not override the explicit promotional exclusion. The exact title, provider and configuration can matter when similarly named versions exist.
Features and bet types
A naturally triggered bonus feature can be eligible while a purchased feature is prohibited. Live main bets and side bets can also have different rules. Read whether the condition covers the whole game or only particular actions. The interface allowing an action is not the same as a promotion accepting it.
Changes and active offers
Preserve the terms applicable to the promotion's activation and the play being assessed. A current eligibility list may differ from an older saved record. If the list changes, ask how existing active offers are treated rather than silently applying a new rule backwards.
A practical check
Match the accepted round's title and action with the relevant offer list, contribution and maximum stake. Compare expected tracker movement with the recorded amount. Avoid assuming a popular game is eligible because another service permits it. Eligibility is a relationship between a particular activity and a particular rule, not an inherent permanent property of the title.
Does an eligible category cover every title in it?
Only if the promotion's rules genuinely say so without exceptions. A broad slots category can coexist with an excluded-title list, reduced rates for particular games or restrictions on feature purchases. The account lobby's category tag is not the promotional rule. Match the actual title and action with the applicable list and date. If a tracker does not advance, first check eligibility and contribution before treating the result as proof that all progress is faulty.
