What an affiliate link means
A configured partner link can identify a referral under a programme's terms. The qualifying action and payment arrangement can vary. A normal source citation or internal article link is not automatically an affiliate link. Commercial links should be identifiable where readers encounter them.
What a platform listing means
A directory entry identifies a subject of research. It is not proof of an active commercial agreement, a completed transaction test or local legal availability. Display order is not a numerical performance rating. Read the review guide before inferring an endorsement from position or visual prominence.
Evidence is a separate requirement
An offer, licence or payment claim still needs a suitable source. Missing information must remain visible as missing. Payment does not buy an editorial score, and a source date cannot be invented to make a listing look current. Our method explains the record needed for a checked claim.
Understand the limit of a disclosure
Disclosure helps readers recognise a commercial relationship; it does not make every statement accurate. Use the reader's affiliate-link guide alongside the actual evidence in a profile. Our source and review-status panels are intended to make that distinction easier to inspect.
Raise a disclosure concern
If a link or placement appears unclear, send editorial contact the page and relevant wording. The useful question is what a reader could reasonably understand at that point. Do not send gambling account records to ask about the site's funding. This policy describes the editorial funding framework, not a representation that every listed platform currently pays Gaming4U.
