Components determine the cost
A three-selection system containing all doubles has three combinations: AB, AC and BC. A ₹10 stake on each costs ₹30 total. An interface showing ₹10 per combination differs from one showing ₹10 total divided across all three. The receipt must identify the stake convention.
If A and B win while C loses, only AB returns money under this system. At decimal 2.00 on A and 3.00 on B, AB's price is 6.00 and a ₹10 stake returns ₹60. Total profit is ₹60 minus the ₹30 cost, or ₹30. Reporting ₹50 profit on the winning double alone would omit two losing combination stakes.
Partial success is not guaranteed profit
A system can return something while still losing overall. If the winning combination pays ₹20 against ₹30 total stakes, net loss is ₹10. The number of correct selections alone does not determine profit; accepted odds and stakes across every component matter.
Different systems have different coverage
A product can include singles, doubles, trebles or other combinations. Naming conventions vary, so inspect the actual component list. An accumulator with three legs is one all-to-win combination, not automatically a system that protects one failed leg.
Voids and settlement
A void can change the price or structure of affected components according to the rules. Settle each active combination, add their returns and subtract the full original cost. Keep boosts and promotional stakes separate. The system structure spreads conditions across bets but can increase total exposure substantially; its complexity does not establish a favourable expectation.
How quickly does the number of components grow?
All doubles from four selections create six pairs: AB, AC, AD, BC, BD and CD. At ₹10 per pair, total cost is ₹60. Adding one selection is therefore not merely adding one more ₹10 stake to the original three-pair example. Larger systems can create many components. The accepted total should be reviewed alongside the per-combination amount. Increased coverage and possible partial returns do not make the cost structure harmless or ensure that one winning component covers all losing stakes.
