The cap may apply to promotional winnings rather than the entire account. The terms determine whether excess winnings are removed, converted or treated another way.
Which money is capped?
A promotional maximum cashout limits the amount that can become withdrawable or be withdrawn under that offer. It can apply to bonus winnings, converted bonus funds or a defined combined balance. A general withdrawal transaction maximum instead limits each request or period. These restrictions serve different purposes and must not be confused.
In a fictional no-deposit offer with a ₹500 promotional cap, a qualifying balance of ₹800 might convert to only ₹500. Whether any separately deposited cash is included depends on the clause. Splitting ₹800 into two withdrawal requests does not remove a cap applied to the entire promotion.
Timing and order matter
Some systems enforce the cap when wagering completes; others apply it on withdrawal. A phrase such as winnings up to ten times the bonus still needs a clearly defined bonus amount. For an initial ₹100 credit, that formula gives ₹1,000 only if the cap actually uses the initial credit as its base.
Comparing offers honestly
Read the maximum reward beside its wagering and cashout conditions. A large potential game prize may exceed the amount permitted under an active promotion. Save the conversion record when wagering finishes, including any amount removed by the cap. If the result differs from the written formula, ask for the base amount and calculation rather than assuming the game itself paid incorrectly.
In practice
If a hypothetical promotion permits a maximum cashout of ₹2,000, a larger promotional balance does not establish a right to withdraw the full displayed amount.
What to check
Identify the covered promotion, cap basis and treatment of excess funds. Do not combine this cap with an unrelated daily payment-method limit.
